Gurr Brothers Energy is seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our team in Frisco. As a Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets by leading and managing a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar sales or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to manage a team of sales professionals and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability

Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
